プロの徹夜経験者はな、眠くなってもむりやり起きてたりしないもんだ
何度となく医者に行き、採血して驚かれ、薬とドリンク付けになった身体の
限界がどこにあるのかを少なからず自分で察知しているからな・・・

１．まず背もたれのないいすを用意する
２．手は尻の下（後ろ側）のいすのヘリをつかむ
３．目を閉じて寝る


これが究極の仮眠方法だ、目覚ましが無くても１５〜２０分後にはお目覚めだぜ！
睡眠の進度は４段階あるんだが、深い睡眠（３〜４段階）にはいる２段階目の終わりに
身体の筋肉が一斉に弛緩する瞬間が来る、ぶっちゃければがくっと来るわけだ
この衝撃で目が覚めて脳みそすっきりの仮眠終了、俺は一日２回やれば徹夜は乗り切れる
いすに背もたれがあったり、前のめりになった時に伏せられる位置に机があったりすると
力の抜けた身体を支えてしまって９０分後まで目覚めなくなるから注意が必要だ！
高校時代に先輩から教えてもらって、慣れるまでにどれだけ流血したことかｗｗ
